ASR’s Consultancy Division provides a comprehensive range of asbestos surveying and consultancy services to support commercial, industrial, and residential clients across the Channel Islands. Our services include Management and R&D (Refurbishment/Demolition) asbestos surveys, sampling and coordination of accredited laboratory analysis, asbestos management advice, and ongoing technical support to assist duty holders in meeting their obligations under Guernsey and Jersey asbestos legislation.
We support clients with the preparation of asbestos management plans, risk assessments, and clear, practical recommendations to ensure asbestos-containing materials are managed safely and compliantly.
We also undertake Re-inspection / Management Update surveys to monitor the condition of asbestos materials over time and ensure management arrangements remain effective.
All consultancy services are delivered by experienced and competent personnel, in accordance with local regulatory requirements, approved guidance, and recognised industry best practice.
